We lay it out on the item and send you a preview within 24 hours. Nothing is engraved until you say yes.

Engraving takes 1–3 business days. We ship with tracking; delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks.

Good to know
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship from Ukraine by Ukrposhta with tracking to most countries. Engraving takes 1–3 business days after you approve the proof. Delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks; to the US and Canada it can take up to 4 weeks. If you need it by a certain date, tell us and we'll say honestly whether it will arrive in time.
How do I pay for a custom order?
With the proof we send the full price, including shipping, and the ways you can pay. We start engraving after payment.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
That depends on your country and the order value. Before you pay, we tell you the full price and whether import charges may apply on delivery.
Will the engraving fade?
No. A fiber laser marks the metal itself, with nothing printed or painted on top, so there is nothing to peel off. Like any metal item, it shows normal wear over the years.
Can you engrave real handwriting or a photo?
Yes. Send a clear photo. We clean it up digitally and keep the writing as it is. Photos come out best on black anodized aluminum.
Is there anything you can't ship?
We can't mail lighters or knives abroad, so we don't offer them outside Ukraine.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Personalized items can't be returned. If we made a mistake, we remake the item for free.
